Soul Oasis Healing Session
Preparing for your healing session is just as important as the session itself. By nurturing your body, mind, and spirit beforehand, you create space for the deepest possible transformation. Here are some key steps to help you feel ready, open, and receptive:

1. Stay Hydrated
Water is essential for the body’s energy flow, and staying hydrated before your session can help facilitate the release of stuck or blocked energy. Aim to drink plenty of water leading up to your session, and continue hydrating afterward to help the healing process.

2. Nourish Your Body with Healthy Foods
Eating as healthy as possible in the days leading up to your session helps to align your physical body with the energetic work we’ll be doing. Opt for whole, nourishing foods that make you feel light, energized, and balanced. Avoid heavy, processed, or overly sugary foods, which can weigh you down.

3. Prepare Your Mind through Meditation
Taking time to meditate before your session can calm your mind and help you become more present. Even a few minutes of stillness can make a significant difference. Meditation will help you enter the session with an open heart, ready to receive whatever guidance or healing may come through.

Wear loose, comfortable clothing to help feel relaxed and open during the session. This can make it easier for energy to flow and for them to fully unwind. There are no shoes in the clinic, socks would be more comfortable for you.

Limit Distractions: Turn off your phone(s) or put them on silent before arriving, so you can be fully present in the session without interruptions.
