How should I prepare for an appointment? Each Healing session is unique to you and your needs, preparation is best left to your discernment. Here are a few general guidelines for preparing for a Healing session: Have an intention or guideline for what you would like out of the session, do you want a reset, work through some deep seated beliefs that you have been struggling with, what is it you feel would benefit you in the moment. Drink lots of water, when we move a lot of energy the body needs water as the catalyst to help flush everything out. The more hydrated you are easier it is for your body to relax as well. Rest beforehand and try not to plan anything after, depending on the work done these sessions can leave you with a lot to process and tired after all the energy moved. Be Gentle with yourself before and after! Eat light healthy meals, to avoid the heaviness after a full hearty meal and lethargy that comes with it. Come with an open mind, heart and soul, be prepared for anything that may come up and be open to the ease of moving through it. Wear Comfortable Clothing: Wear loose, comfortable clothing to help feel relaxed and open during the session. This can make it easier for energy to flow and for them to fully unwind. There are no shoes in the clinic, socks would be more comfortable for you. Post-Session Care: A gentle reminder to take it easy after the session, drinking water, resting, and reflecting on the experience. This helps integrate the healing work and continue feeling the benefits afterward.

How long should I wait between sessions? This is tough to answer, it is deeply individual for each person. The best advice I can provide in this is, have you done the work provided to you at the last session? If not, work through that first. If you have done the work and are ready for more answers and insight, come on it. These sessions are open for everyone, just because you didn't finish the work, if you are feeling stuck you can come in for a quick reset. Energy work is a beautiful thing, it is completely up to you to feel into what is right for you and make your choices based on what your heart is calling for you to do.
